I've always found that exercising for fun is always easier than
exercising because we have to. Try doing forms of activity that
you like to do. Some of these are illustrated below:

Remember everyone, if we make exercise fun we not only enjoy our time
being active but we CAN reap the benefits the activity brings us...such
as losing weight, feeling stronger, being in better shape & being more
agile. It's all a matter of getting into the habit of being more active &
not giving into aging, laziness, or that 'just don't feel like it' attitude.
It's like I've written before...things in motion tend to stay in motion.
