With meats we all know that they contain a great source of proteins & other essential nutrients. Even lean red meats have essential proteins we need. What we must remember about the consumption of these meats is not so much the meat, but how we cook it. Frying meats & caking on coatings to cook them in is a no-no. When you adjust the way you prepare your foods you can cut down on the calories. Also the leaner the red meats & pork the better. Don't overlook seafoods either, not only are they high in valuable nutrients, when grilled, broiled or baked[Not Fried], they supply us with key ingredients to help us burn fat. Keep in mind the size of your portions too with all your foods, cutting back on the size of your portions will be a definite contributing factor to weight loss.
Instead of eating the usual 3 meals aday, because you will be consuming healthier foods, like fruits & vegetables, you will be able to eat 5 to 6 times a day. Altho' it may take abit of getting use to, stay away from the "wicked whites".....salt, sugar & flour substances. These foods damage arteries & cause blood pressure problems, salt can also add to retaining water. If you do alittle research for yourself, you can find all types of foods that can replace the "wicked whites".
Once you find something you like, stick to it, you'll get use to using the replacement & reap the rewards. It all boils down to "YOU" being in charge of what you put in your body.
