Getting use to logging your daily food intake will help you keep track of the foods you
eat. You can then adjust your diet accordingly to healthier types of foods which can help you lose weight. It will take a little getting use to but when you are committed to
this process the benefits are rewarding.
{Note: Please Do Not be discouraged by all this writing...this is constructed to show you how you can set up your own journal. We would}
{suggest setting up your journal on your computer to log in daily habits & routines, & save it,but if you do not wish to do that, then you}        {can use the suggestions below. Either way..we want you to enjoy your journey to reach your goal & controlling your weight.      Journalizing is a useful tool while you are adapting to a new routine.  Used daily to
                        keep record of all your activities all in one convenient place.

      Before you begin, Sit quietly for a moment, visualize a positive image of or for yourself.
                                             Inhale, Exhale and proceed.
*If you have been applying this information then you have been working hard to change.  Every
        month you see results do something nice for yourself that's UNRELATED to food intake.

*Use a favorite type of notebook or journal to write down the following information, this is key to how you are feeling & keeping check of your daily food intake.  Used as a tool to help you better  organize proper changes in your diet & routine....this journal will be your best friend.

*As you can see we are not going to tell you what you "should" be feeling or what you "should" be doing, we all know getting control of our food intake & taking control of what we put into our bodies is really in our own hands. We cannot make you eat healthier, we cannot make you go for a 30 minute walk everyday. What we can do is give you tools to help you find a better path to foods that will help in your weight reduction & your overall health.  We suggest you exercise  because of the benefits it has for your body. BUT in all reality, it really is up to each of us as an individual to put out the effort to take charge, take control, & stay committed to our health.

For added help in reducing your weight write down the foods you eat daily, you will begin to see a pattern of these foods & you can make changes in this routine to better food intake which will help you reduce your weight & increase the health benefits. Be sure to include drinks also. 

  • Breakfast Intake
  • Lunch Intake
  • Additional Snack Intake
  • Dinner Intake

Also make note of your daily exercises, it can be easier, if you try breaking up your exercise routine into 2 times per day but doing a smaller amount of exercise time.....for instance instead of exercising for 1 hour per day at one time, break it up into 2 times a day, doing 30 minutes each time.  Be committed to this because exercising adds an abundance of benefits including allowing your body to burn fat while you're not active.

You can make this a fun project as well for yourself.  Dress up your journal, make it a fun place to visit and write your daily entries. Try using stickers, stars, shapes, word bubbles etc. to add alittle fun. If you use your computer to journalize, there are several sites that have little animations and character's or scenary that can be used to enhance your journal
or make it into a creative, magical, fun place to visit. Use your creativity and imagination.
This way you'll look forward to visiting your journal everytime. It doesn't have to be a dreary routine.....Being creative can enhance your daily routine experience.
