*As you can see we are not going to tell you what you "should" be feeling or what you "should" be doing, we all know getting control of our food intake & taking control of what we put into our bodies is really in our own hands. We cannot make you eat healthier, we cannot make you go for a 30 minute walk everyday. What we can do is give you tools to help you find a better path to foods that will help in your weight reduction & your overall health. We suggest you exercise because of the benefits it has for your body. BUT in all reality, it really is up to each of us as an individual to put out the effort to take charge, take control, & stay committed to our health. Also make note of your daily exercises, it can be easier, if you try breaking up your exercise routine into 2 times per day but doing a smaller amount of exercise time.....for instance instead of exercising for 1 hour per day at one time, break it up into 2 times a day, doing 30 minutes each time. Be committed to this because exercising adds an abundance of benefits including allowing your body to burn fat while you're not active. *************************************************************************

For added help in reducing your weight write down the foods you eat daily, you will begin to see a pattern of these foods & you can make changes in this routine to better food intake which will help you reduce your weight & increase the health benefits. Be sure to include drinks also.
You can make this a fun project as well for yourself. Dress up your journal, make it a fun place to visit and write your daily entries. Try using stickers, stars, shapes, word bubbles etc. to add alittle fun. If you use your computer to journalize, there are several sites that have little animations and character's or scenary that can be used to enhance your journal
or make it into a creative, magical, fun place to visit. Use your creativity and imagination.
This way you'll look forward to visiting your journal everytime. It doesn't have to be a dreary routine.....Being creative can enhance your daily routine experience.
